Lovely Vacation Home with Large Enclosed Porch!
This beautiful newly remodeled home is a tropical gem and is located right across the street from the open water for spectacular sunrise's, ocean views and great breezes!
The main living room features a flat screen TV, Wifi/Cable, a sleeper sofa with high end mattress and chair that converts to a twin sleeper, and from the sliding glass door, leads to a large enclosed porch with floor to ceiling windows to bring the outdoor in and enjoy water views. The sunroom is furnished with comfortable island rattan sofa and chairs, so you can relax the day away and it also serves as a great room for entertaining. The Master Bedroom features a queen bed with closet storage and full bathroom access.
Additional amenities include central A/C, Ceiling Fans, BBQ Grill, 2 kayaks.

Short Drive to Key West
This is a cute little house, with a great porch to sit and enjoy the breeze from the water. Just a short drive to Key West, this little place was worth it. The neighborhood has some common areas with great views, they are a short walk or bicycle ride (which 2 bikes were provided with the rental). :-)

Given wrong address
We originally were sent to #$$ even though I stated I thought we were in #$$$, I thought it was like a car this was my first time at venture out. Based on what was where we were placed, we went grocery shopping only to be told by my brother in law who also rented a place there (he referred us) that we had to rush back because we were given the wrong address. Nobody called us, nobody even bothered to acknowledge that a mistake was made. The couple who's spot we were given had to wait an hour and a half for us to get back and clean out our stuff that we had already unpacked and put away. Honestly if someone had even bothered to acknowledge an error was made instead of just giving us a new car tag and rushing us off I wouldn't have been as upset. Not to mention we neglected certain things and missed others while getting groceries based on our previous place. The place we ended at was very clean and ac was super cold.

This house is well stocked! Ready to cook, a full meal. All the beading and bathroom towels/washcloths. And it had all your beach/pool needs! Beach towels/chairs. Washer and dryer are brand new. The only thing I wish it had was a dishwasher, looks like maybe they had one there at one point. I liked that it was not right on the water...I didn't worry about my kids playing by the water. They played in the big screened in porch which was very nice! Seats 7

Great last minute rental for Fantasy Fest!
First, Venture Out is a spectacular resort. The amenities are first rate! We snagged this rental for Key West Fantasy Fest, and it was only about a 20-30 minute drive vs. upwards of $500 a night. Everything we needed was in the unit. We really enjoyed the large screened porch. There was construction going on across the street, but we were gone all day, so this wasn’t a problem for us. Parking is extremely tight.

DO NOT RENT- Dirty- False Advertising- Horrible Property Management Company
BEWARE- Horrible Property Manager (Water Front Keys) and Poor description. False advertising!!! Let me start by stating I tried to give the homeowner and Water Front Keys Management the opportunity to make things right and they did NOT do so. As a fellow owner of a vacation rental I know that reviews mean a lot however, we had an extremely bad experience with this rental and management company and I do not want anyone sharing the same experience. When we arrived we drove up to a pile of boxes, trash full with flies and a broken glass door at the front of the house. This broken glass door is extremely dangerous and should have been removed. The front door only locks from the inside (barely at that) so there was no way to lock our door while away for the day. The house was not ready for renters. The porch furniture was all clumped together in the middle of the porch, big piece of glass leaned up behind it, toys, boxes and personal belongings left behind the couch. Inside the house found the couch ruined, stains all over the wall, kitchen dirty, vape stick in the bathroom by the vanity, sheets on the bed never washed just out of the package, hole in the bathroom ceiling, washer and dryer completely missing (listing stated washer and dryer in unit). The main door is on the slope of an extremely steep ramp which is very dangerous. Bedroom window leaks when it rains. On top of all that the “view” that sells the house is no longer a view. It is construction and on top of a construction view that is the main picture, the construction is extremely loud when they are working all day long. I understand you can not control construction but you are false advertising with the main picture of before construction began across the street. The parking spot was barely large enough for our golf cart and we had to pay to park our truck in overflow parking. Venter Out is a great community however this property management company really dropped the ball and I feel horrible for the owners who were trusting them. DO NOT RENT THIS property unit #537 and also I would not rent any property from Water Front Keys.
