Good for those on a budget

Posted Feb 14, 2017
Pros: The complimentary breakfast buffet was pleasant.
Cons: Better security around the premises to keep the kids from approaching guests & also renovating the rooms/hallways to keep noise disturbances to a min.
Location: The location was fine. Located right next to a shopping mall and a large Wal-Mart-like super center.
The hotel was fine for the price of the room. The vending machine didn't work to perfection on the 1st floor and the hotel staff (at least ones that I interacted with) didn't seem to have a strong command of the English language but everything went fine without any issues. The breakfast buffet was very delicious so if you do plan to stay, I highly recommend that you take advantage of the complimentary buffet. As for the room itself, it was spacious however noises and echos could be heard inside the room from people in the hallway. It wasn't too much of an issue however sounds were audible so just make note. Also, on the night we arrived there were some kids (under 10 years old) loitering outside of the entrance asking for money. I wasn't quite expecting to experience this right outside of the hotel. The other nights that we stayed there weren't any kids but don't be surprised in case they are there waiting for you.

Pros: Great location and clean.
Cons: Better pillows and a place to put your suitcase would be nice.
Location: Great location; walking distance from shopping mall and restaurants.
Good overall. Ideal for business trips. Clean and very well located, but lacks some comfort.

Terrific Hotel in a TERRIFIC Location

One Culiacan Forum is part of a small chain of Mexican hotels in Mexico geared toward the busy business traveler and Millenial alike. Modern in design and simple in its accommodations, it offers a hip atmosphere with good amenities. Staff is friendly, helpful and does speak some English. The hotel is clean clean clean all the time. Breakfast is a simple Mexican fare. Lots of parking. Best thing about this inexpensive hotel? LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. It is literally part of the hipster Forum Mall and El Centro - an area full of class restaurants like Cabanna, Cayenne, Cevicheria Jez, and much more. Most within short walking or short taxi ride away. Great views of the city from upper floors.

Not so pleasant

Posted May 9, 2015 on Hotels
The location was great . The hotel was clean and comfortable . Breakfast was just ok. The only complain that I have is that there was always a group if guys hanging out in front of the entrance. This made my fiancé very uncomfortable we would of liked a side entrance but there was only one way in and one way out. She wanted to change hotels . So we did .
