Wonderful time at Lake Martin

We had a relaxing stay. The area was quiet. Restaurants and grocery stores were only a few minutes away. Very convenient.

Beautiful View in a great location

We traveled to Lake Martin to look at homes for sale. The condo was very clean, nicely appointed, with a comfortable bed and great view of the lake. The bench on the dock was a nice way to relax at the end of the day. Perfect central location close to town and good restaurants.

Great visit!

Had a short visit to spend on the lake during the off season. Property was extremely clean and we were extremely happy with this place! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay on the lake!

Beautiful view and sunsets!

The beds are very comfortable! The unit is on the water with docks a pool and kayaks! Looks like a great place for swimming in the summer. Ladders and stairs off of the docks and a small beach! We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

This is my second time to this property but it certainly won’t be the last! There is so much to do for all ages! The property is beautiful and so well groomed. The unit is well cleaned and very well equipped. The addition of Lake Martin Grocery is HUGE!!

Quiet Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at sunset pointe condos! We went up on fall break and had the place to ourselves. The condo was super clean and had everything a family could need. We will be back.

Graduation Stay

The property was as beautiful as advertised. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The drive to Auburn University graduation was only about 40 minutes. Our afternoons and evening on the lake was very relaxing. Checking out was difficult only because we didn't want to leave. It was a great stay!

Best 4th of July

We loved our week at Sunset Pointe for the 4th of July! The host was awesome and answered every question we had. The pool, grill and beach area were great and the perfect setup. This specific unit walks straight out to the beach and pool area with the most beautiful sunsets. We sat on the beach and watched multiple firework shows. We will be back!

Forget the beach…lake is more fun.

This unit had EVERYTHING! Lake, pool, fishing, kayaking, paddle board and boat slips. And the sunset from our front door was GORGEOUS! Will definitely be going back!

Great Lake Location

Nick's place is adorable and steps away from the pool and small, sandy beach. Paddleboards and kayaks were right outside our patio door. Nick was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend renting from him!

Lake Martin stay

Enjoyed our stay in this two bedroom. Loved the location with the lake views and outdoor chairs to sit and enjoy beautiful sunsets. Biggest negative was the noise from adjoining neighbors was very loud. Neighbors above and beside were very very loud at all hours. Not much for insulation. The front door lock didn’t work, but we just used the patio entrance. The one question sent by text to Nick went unanswered for the three days we were there.

Great place and location

We loved our brief stay at this nice condo. It was the perfect location with lake views and close to the pool. The only negatives were there were not any hooks to hang up our bath towels. I ended up putting mine over the chair which I hated to do. I can't imagine what people do when there are more than 2 people. Probably wet towels all over. Also It would be nice to have at least one luggage rack in each room. Not fun to put your suitcase on the floor. Also when no luggage rack, people will put them on beds which can be very dirty considering that suitcases have been on planes etc. Also the closets need more hangers and not ones that people obviously left there. Otherwise a nice place and I would recommend it!
