This is an older property that has some updates. The management team takes great pride in their property at working to marry the old and the new. Ownership needs to invest more in updates. They definitely have the right management team. The place was very clean.

Front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. Our room was cleaned only 1 time during our 3 night stay there. No fresh towels and we had to take our trash out. Would not recommend for family. We had people knocking on our door late at night on a couple of occasions and the locks to our front door and sliding door were not functioning. Rooms need updating.

I cannot believe that Wyndham allows their name to be associated with this property. Am alerting Wyndham. Not safe! Do not book! Period. On a bright note, front desk attendant, is spectacular!!!!

Said there was a computer glitch when I arrived and told me that they were grossly over booked and my reservation wasn’t available or my friend and theirs We ended up at crown royal!!

The staff was ok I called to the front desk several times cause there wasn’t a remote for the tv they brought one and it didn’t work she claimed she was going to come in 30 mins she never. There were roaches around the bed, dresser, kitchen.

Avoid this hotel. I chose it because of the brand, but don’t be fooled. This property is unsafe. I left and found another place to stay. It was that bad.

The first room we were given smelled like smoke and the lights wouldn’t turn on. The second room was better, but the place doesn’t look like in the pictures. It is old and the appliances are rusty. We only needed the place for one night, but if it was needed longer we would have left and found another place.

This place needs to be exterminated. I do not really rate hotels but this one I just could not let go by. This was the worst place I’ve stayed at. The price they charged is too much for this place. There are broken everything. They have roaches also. I came in town for business and thought this would be great to stay near the airport here but I should’ve did more research. When I check out at 4:30 am I ask for a receipt for my stay I have yet to get one. They do not provide any toiletries when asked. Holes in doors and walls. Coffee maker with no coffee. I reserved a studio room with sofa and did not recurved what I reserved. Yes I should have left but there was no more rooms for where I was staying around. Therefore I had no choice to stay here. No I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone

Walked in to the room and it reeked of cigarette smoke. I walked into the restroom and there was dead cockroaches, as well as live ones crawling around. I was there for no longer than 35 minutes, and when going to the front desk to get a refund and look for a different place, Ashley at the front desk refused. All she said was that the manager, Neff, doesn’t come to the hotel often and there was nothing we could do to get a refund.

Five gallons of gas was stolen from my rental car and the gas tank cover was broken. The car was parked at the entrance to my room for only about eight hours. Very bad neighborhood. I will not be staying there again.

Roach infested dump.
This place is a roach infested, unsafe, filthy slum. I left 2 hours after arriving, and waited for the Uber to arrive before leaving the room to reduce the chance of being mugged between the room and parking lot. I can’t believe a national brand like Wyndham would attach its name to this dump. I understand you won’t get a Hilton for these rates, but there are better choices, including sleeping in your car or on a bench at the airport. This place should be removed from any reputable on line site, as it is a complete misrepresentation of the property bordering on fraud.

We felt so uncomfortable that we left. The best wasted $ ever. Do not stay at this hotel. We saw drug deals, prostitutes, and our hotel room door had been busted in so often, there was metal plate to keep it shut. The room reeked of weed. For the safety of my family, we left. Expedia shouldn't offer this hotel to the public.

Went to check in at the time provided was told to leave as come back which wasted a lot of gas time and money for me then the staff lectured me about my intentions at the hotel because of my age assuming I would party smoke and partake in unsafe intimate activities. When I was just trying to have a place to relax sleep and cook with my husband as a twenty year old with a chaotically busy and stressful life we were tormented by awful smells in and out of the hotel room a not so great environment very loud lots of sirens yelling fighting stomping not to mention we spent our nights fighting against rats in our room that recked the kitchen torn through and consumed our food and made noise all night doing so we had to Throw away a lot of food we spent money on because of the rat invading the kitchen all in all this experience wasted my time money and I couldn’t even get to relax and sleep DO NOT RECOMMEND

The stuff that I encountered from the front desk to a couple members of the cleaning crew were very nice and friendly. The only complaint that I have was the hot water in the shower didn't get hot it was at best lukewarm. I went to go use the microwave and there were little roaches running around on the floor of the bathroom, kitchen, and counter

As per standards, I will rate 1 out of 10. I am disappointed with this. It's entirely different than what appears in the photos. I paid $90 + tax for this, and $30 is more than enough. It is not the hotel but a bunch of old studio apartments. Everything is old, and there is no hot water in my room. I didn't complain as I had already changed rooms; they gave me a smoke-free room even though I had reserved a non-smoking room. It is shady, and I felt insecure as well. I didn't expect this from Wyndham. This place is worst than any other cheap motel out there.

Reservation not honored.
This charge is currently under dispute. The reservation was confirmed and not honored.I called while in transit at the airport to add the other guest's name and was told they had no rooms, so even though I had a reservation, it was not honored and the hotel could not cancel it. It has been next to impossible to reach an agent over the phone. When I finally got through, the hotel was not able to provide the agent with information. I was asked to call back this morning, and the phone call wouldn't go through. I called four times, it looped and disconnected me each time.

Take care place is trash
The place is run down and shady. People were hanging out all night on the stoops talking loud. Inside the rooms smell like smoke, there are patch repairs all over the place and the bathroom tile was replaced and didn’t match and the door appears it may have been kicked in some time in life. The place seems to be filled with many stories that I don’t think you want to be one of them. I would not recommend this place at all.
