“Ad was very misleading for "Airport Lodge". It was nothing but a basement apartment in a back alley. We never received any information on this reservation pertaining to the access code. We spent a good half an hour in front of the property trying to contact Expedia and the owner. We followed directions and walked to the back of the house for access. We are senior citizens and there was no way we could have treked our baggage that distance. We had to find a place more accessible for us and asked……

“I will not be staying here again, as I expected more from this experience. I arrived early and waited for several hours, and even after the designated check-in time, my room was still not ready. Although I had reserved an accessible room, I was initially assigned an incorrect room and needed to request a change. The room I was eventually given did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned, and there was debris on the balcony from ongoing work in the pool area. Additionally, the extra charge……
