Location, location, location. Situated just steps from the sand, Vitamin Sea offers a spacious, functional layout and unmatched access to the beach!

Each of the 3 bedrooms feature incredible ocean views, sliders to the balcony, and en suite bathrooms, providing ample privacy for the whole family. The main living level of this oceanfront residence features a renovated island kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances overlooking wide-open dining and living areas, as well as THREE OCEANFRONT BEDROOM SUITES!

Vaulted ceilings and windows galore create a bright, airy feel throughout the home. The top-floor offers a versatile loft space with charming views between the other two oceanfront suites. The first level entertainment room provides easy access to the beach - you'll be in the surf in seconds! The owners also provided blow up mattresses for this area for extra family and friends! On the ground level, there's a huge "mud room" providing lots of storage space for your beach chairs and surfboards. Rinse off after a day in the sand in the oversized outdoor shower.

When you want to head to the beach, utilize the beach supplies at the home. Take some Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella in the Beach Cart for your short stroll to the beach.

The home also comes equipped with a 220-volt outlet for EV/Tesla charging capability

Fabulous beach location!

My group of girlfriends stayed here for a quiet, calm beach getaway and this place was great. Can't beat the views or how close the beach was. It was so convenient to have chairs and towels to use. It is a little off the beaten path, but that's what we were looking for.

Beauitiful, quiet and relaxibg!

The location of this house can't be beat! I especially loved the neighborhood feel of this place! It's quiet and nit super touristy! Perfect views, great space for our family of 6. House and host wise it was perfect! I was not thrilled with VRBOs extra fees, but if there's a way to get around VRBO, for sure, we'd be back!

The view from the deck and balcony was wonderful. We loved the location of the house. It was so nice to have the beach items and plenty of beach towels available. The house had a few areas that needed some additional cleaning, but overall was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home and location

Property is in an amazing location with 3 master bedrooms- great for families. We had a minor issue with the AC and the property management company was very prompt in getting a tech out, even late in the afternoon on a Friday.

A very short walk to the ocean! Great little house that served our family well. Met all of our needs. No issues and no complaints here. Great location, nice restaurants nearby, close to St. Augustine, grocery was close, boat rental place nearby was awesome too!

Relaxing Spring Break

What can you say about a house that takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach and is visible from the deck while eating breakfast. You will not be disappointed with this vacation home. Everything is clean, modern, and this place is fully stocked. We normally bring everything that we need for the beach when renting a beach home but we did not need to bring anything. I will definitely rent this home again!

Great location

Right on the beach! Very private and not at all crowded. Beach was nice as well. We loved the three bedrooms with three baths. House/kitchen was well stocked. Had even more than what the listing said it did. Kitchen and living room updated and beautiful. Nice appliances and all working. Good WiFi access. Doors are hard to use (I think they’re fancy storm doors). Furniture is beautiful but definitely not made for older adults to use (if you have any slight difficulty getting up off a couch you definitely won’t be able to use this couch). Very good restaurants within 15 minutes. Management company was very responsive to all of our needs! We would definitely return.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is very much "you get what you pay for". It's got a great beachfront location but the inside of the house is just ok. Nice kitchen and newer furniture in the living area but this section is relatively small for a house that sleeps 8 and there is no other seating in the main living area. The beds and bedding were good. All bathrooms were 0/5...they need full renovations and towels etc were the absolute cheapest material. Like I said, good for a very quick stay but we were done after two nights. I'd suggest either going in knowing you are renting a cheaper house so Renee expectations or up your budget.

Would have been perfect with functional A/C

Location of this house can’t be beat, however the A/C was completely non functional for the length of our stay. I emailed the property management company and got no response. The kitchen was beautiful and the bedrooms were very nice, but the bathrooms need updating. All of this could be overlooked if we weren’t trying to sleep in temperatures over 80 degrees. We did enjoy the air hockey table and the beach gear that was available. I was a bit confused by the Google street view showing a house blocking the view to the water, but we were pleasantly surprised to see that that house did not actually exist. The view was incredible and was good enough that I’d go back to this house if they fixed the ac. Fix the A/C and don’t ignore your renters.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location location location. The views couldn’t be beat and were spectacular. However we did miss the listed jacuzzi and yard. The bottom floor had no yard or view out of the bottom bedroom since the dunes have flattened almost up to the door. There was also construction m-f on the pipes and the roads were a mess. Some of the furniture has def seen better days. But the mattresses were very comfortable, and overall we had a good time.

Great place to enjoy some winter sun

It was delightful to wake up to the sound of the ocean every morning and take walks along the beach every evening. The house is just as lovely as the photos depict. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, fabulous kitchen, modern fixtures and lots of space. A quiet but friendly neighborhood made for a fabulous month’s stay and the internet connection meant we could work every day without a hitch. Highly recommended.
