"Beautiful hotel in a great location. "
Stunning hotel in a great location. The decor in the hotel and rooms could not be faulted. The room was clean and comfortable. The only small remark was the check in took a while and always seemed to be a queue. Also we have drinks twice and lunch in the bar overlooking reception and the service was really slow. There seems to be only one member of staff looking after a large area and took over 30 mins to get a drink. However as time was not an issue in this instance it did not taint the experience. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel and breakfast was fantastic and the rooms and hotel stunning and very high standard.

"Wasted up grade"
Have stayed here many times and is always my first choice for a city centre location in Manchester. Was delighted to be given an up grade on arrival. However it turned out to be wasted as I didn't need two bedrooms. There were also a couple of minor problems - a cracked toilet bowl and a balcony door that was impossible to open/close. These were minor complaints and didn't spoil the stay or disincline me to book again.

"Fantastic hotel with lovely staff "
Check in was easy and the staff were really welcoming and friendly. Our room was modern and view lovely. Visited cloud 23 bar, a bit pricey but fantastic views. The bed was comfy so slept well the only negative thing I had to point out was that breakfast was only slightly warm and wasn't up to the calibre that I would've thought Hilton would be. I also asked a member of staff at breakfast if I could order and pay for a lemonade. She said yes and never returned

"Room 532 Surely a broom cupboard not a double room"
We have stayed at the Jury's in various cities on a number of occasions, most recently the Albert Dock, Liverpool which was perfect. Even though we checked in the Manchester branch just after 3pm last Sunday we were allocated probably the smallest room in the hotel which seemed to be added onto the end of a corridor! The room was like a broom cupboard with no space to even walk around the bed and one of us had a facing wall - not the usual Jury's standard at all. It was very disappointing. There was one chair even though we were a couple, nowhere to sit comfortably, a tiny bathroom which definitely needed a refurb! I was glad to escape this claustrophobic room the next morning!

"Nice comfortable apartment"
The apartment rental was wonderful and had plenty of space for me and my guests. It's a little difficult to find the address, but it's right next to the Per Tutti Café. The local grocery stores, shopping malls, and transportation spots were nearby and there are plenty of options to eat within walking distance. It was very convenient and a great place to stay. Our main purpose to come here was to watch the football matches so this was a great location in between both of Manchester's football clubs (Old Trafford and Ethiad Stadium).
