“Wonderful spot to stay downtown, this will be our second trip! It’s right in the heart of Main Street with everything at your fingertips! Host was very great and communication was wonderful!”

“Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim. First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you! Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,……

“The location is ideal and it's very cute and comfortable. The kitchen is a very nice size and the entire house was immaculate. It was super easy to get to and parking was right to the door. The host Gloria was excellent answering each and every one of my questions almost immediately after I sent them. We do plan on coming back again. Thank you for sharing with us.”

“I liked that the air conditioner worked. Otherwise, the place was a dump in need of repair. The outside doors to get in the hallway were broken. So, anyone could get in. There was a full kitchen with absolutely nothing to go with it. Not even a small coffee maker. Towels in the bathroom were hand towels or floor towels, not bath size. Oh, and the remote was broken held together with a hair tie around 1 AA battery and one AAA. After purchasing batteries and installing them it still didn’t work.……

“Location, location, location! This is the perfect spot for easy access to adorable downtown Saint Charles. It’s quite roomy and very clean and new inside despite being an old building. It was a great stay for my family of 2 adults and two teens, who used the upstairs loft as their own private hangout. Having parking included is very convenient. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need to make meals. The beds were super comfortable. The TVs were all quite large and new. If you are……

“Overall the stay was good, and the property has its charms. You will get your steps in for the day going up and down the stairway(s). Good value and lots of space.Had an issue with the dishwasher not working. Water had backed up from previous user, and nobody checked it. This resulted in a moldy and stinky concoction growing in the bottom of the dishwasher. Contacted host that morning by text and VRBO platform. No response from host until several days later after we checked out. I had to……
