### Cozy, modern space⭐️Walk to TWU⭐️KING bed⭐Sleeps 4

Amazing Location! 2-minute walk to TWU and 15-minute walk to the square. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You will feel so at home in this quiet, cozy oasis. Have the best sleep in the super comfortable king-sized bed! Wake up and sip your coffee on the deck. Take a stroll across the street to a tranquil green space. Have kids? There is a park with a pool and play structure directly across the street.  
  
The space is modern, very clean and comfortable. It is fully equipped with anything you would need. The bedroom has a King-sized bed, and the sofa bed is amazingly comfortable. There is a TV in the living room with free access to HULU. There is fast Wi-Fi too! Central air conditioning to keep you cool.  
  
The neighborhood is very safe, quiet and family friendly. There is a large park across the street. It has an outdoor pool and multiple play structures. You can easily walk to TWU in 5 minutes. Coffee shops and restaurants are a 5–10-minute walk away. The square and downtown Denton is less than 15-minute walk. Ample parking available for free. You can access the suite with a self-check in.

Quiet and safe neighborhood. Directly across the street from a large green space. Playground equipment, library and outdoor pool in green space. There is a visitor pass to put in your car so you can park right by the apartment. There is also plenty of street parking and easy to walk to close amenities and Texas Woman\`s University. The downtown square is less than 15 minutes walk away.  
  
Walking to close by restaurants and shops is easy and safe. Access many places within a 5 minute walk. The main square is less than 15 minutes walking. Texas Woman\`s University is directly beside the property.  
  
Please note that animals and assistance animals of any kind are not permitted due to building animal regulations. This notice is posted at request of Air BNB, so please reach out to them or me if you have any questions. If you bring any animals, including assistance animals, your booking will be cancelled by Air BNB.  
  
We require a security deposit of $500 to be held on your credit card. This deposit is used to cover any potential damages or incidental charges during your stay. It will be authorized but not charged unless necessary. The authorization will be released after your departure, pending an inspection of the property.  
  
If a refund is issued, a cancellation fee of 10% will be deducted to help cover payment processing fees.

Excellent location, right across from Quakertown Park when Denton Arts and Jazz Festival is. Apartment was clean and well-appointed, check-in and checkout were easy. Nichole was very communicative and responsive.

#### Wonderful Cozy Apartment 

The apartment was very clean and cozy. The patio has a great view of the park. It was a perfect place to sit and have morning coffee and relax in the evening. The host was very helpful and kind. We will be staying again when we return to Denton.
