“My family and I took some time to choose the resort we wanted to stay on the island. The island is very safe and beautiful to explore outside of resort as well. The hotel is very clean, has some amazing staff that went above and beyond during our stay that we would like to shout out - Cashka and Rashad from Entertainment, Deanna and Shaq the pool servers, Russel from P&B, Darian and Damien the bartender. “Pros:the staff in restaurants were very nice, food at menu restaurants was very good, nightly shows was nice except the last night. Cons: the hotel was very old a lots of steps every where we go and it is not handicap friendly at all there was no elevator at this hotel , there was a step in the gym also.The Buffett was very limited every day not a many options .The equipment at gym was so old and rusted so as in the shower in the room the curtain was so old and the rod was rusted.there was no……

“I wouldn’t recommend it’s very outdated there is only 2 restaurants on the premises Calabash which was slow and mediocre food. Diea Beach much nicer food a little better. Doesn’t look like the pictures. And it very noisy. Lots of construction not in a good area if you don’t drive. However the staff were excellent Vivian Joshua and Aaaron particularly.”

“The staff was friendly however the accommodations wasn’t the best the spa didn’t work the tv was having issues and the shower wasn’t the best and difficult to use”

“We stayed for 3 nights. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The spa was excellent, the hydrotherapy pools are wonderful, the room was clean and spacious, the beach was beautiful. My only complaint was the long wait for meals at all the restaurants. However on our last night we had dinner at the French restaurant and the food was lovely and the wait time was much improved. Also on our last day there was a lunch buffet set up in the Italian restaurant which offered a wonderful variety……
