“Nice hotel overall — I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very welcoming and organized, and it was a nice touch that they recognized me upon arrival (I was the last guest to check in, lol). The hotel has beautiful hallways with stone walls and soft, low lighting that give it a cozy, boutique feel. The rooms are a good size, very clean, and the beds are super comfortable. “The hotel has all the potential to be the best hotel in Cartagena. Great convenient location close to everything, its own beach, great swimming pools. However, it sad to see how poorly maintained the hotel is. It is falling apart.
