“沙发床太单薄了，还好是孩子睡。淋浴头接口漏水。沐浴液瓶都是散开的，没有洗手液。赶上英国假期，人太多，餐厅爆满，没啥服务。外部环境还不错，离温莎城堡也比较近。”

“Wonderful stay for the summer with river views and amazing terrace. So many peaceful places to sit and watch the river in the grounds. The rooms were lovely - spacious, big bed and bathrooms and the extra amenities were very appreciated. Its a stunning setting for a summer break.”

“這間酒店位置不錯，距離溫莎城堡不算很遠 酒店乾淨整潔，有空調，有停車場，不過有點狹窄。早餐很好吃。 酒店是舊式的建築，沒有電梯／升降機，我的房間在三樓，要搬行李上落樓梯確實有點不方便。 我入住了一晚，有一個不愉快的經歷，就是酒店內有小偷，而且是酒吧的員工！我當晚拿了酒店送的welcome drink, 本來打算在酒吧享受一下，後來還是決定拿上房喝。當我打開房門時，發現剛才在酒吧給我飲品的bartender竟然走進了我們的房間，而且把我的行李打開，還放在床上搜我的東西。我當時十分驚嚇，那bartender說我忘了拿回外套，幫我拿上房間，然後匆匆忙忙地走了。但我的外套一直都在房間，從來沒有拿出去。所以我很肯定他是想偷竊。於是我嘗試反鎖大門，但是沒用的，因為從外面用匙卡還是能輕易進入。我唯有用椅子擋住大門，顫顫驚驚的度過了一個晚上。第二天我才跟接待處說了這件事，她告訴我發電郵給酒店的經理。最後經理迅速跟進事件，並給我退回全部住宿費用。事件中我沒有任何損失，不過酒店的保安真的有待改善。”

“I liked the leisure complex which was obviously built more recently than the hotel. Lovely pool and steam room. The gardens were also lovely- you can sit out and have a drink- great when the weather is sunny.?handy for Aldershot and nearby army venues”

“The copper castle was an amazing place to stay, clean, comfortable, staff were amazing, children loved the animals and collecting egg's from the chickens in the morning. Owner's were very helpful and accommodating, will definitely be coming back for another stay.”
