“The room was lovely. Views superb, quiet, apart from a bit of traffic. However, we couldn’t use our credit card to check in, had to use cash. We weren’t the only guests this happened to. They xanclled our last 2 nights, with a week’s notice and offered no compensation. We later learned everyone had been cancelled to accommodate a wedding..surely they knew about this more than a week ahead! The advertised airport shuttle did not exist. Neither did the advertised coffee machine in the room,……
