"Fiesta Americana Condesa is by far one of the best if not the best hotel in Cancun. Their customer service and staff is the reason I keep returning it never disapoints. It's a family friendly hotel but at the same time it's great for couples looking for some alone time. The rooms are always clean and spacious and always stocked in case you don't want to leave the room. The room service is excellent and did I mention the staff is great always friendly and going out of their way to make you feel at home. The food is great at any of their 7 restaurants it doesn't disappoint. I will continue to visit every time I'm in cancun "

"My husband and I spent our 3 year anniversary here and had an absolute blast. It was our first trip without all three of our kids and in a all inclusive resort. We had three amazing butlers that helped us with everything we needed, questions we had even if it seemed stupid lol and surprised us one night with a decorated room and a bottle of champagne. We stayed one week worry free and first trip stress free cuz we planned our itinerary 2 weeks in advance (they sent us a wishlist and helped accommodate our wishes). If we got lost in this huge resort we would ask staff for guidance and they would stop what they were doing ( gardeners/ housekeepers) just to walk us to where we needed to be. The whole staff were friendly, knowledgeable and If they couldn’t help you they would look for a way to help u. I love love this place and would love to come back with my children or even just mommy and daddy time again. The all fun and xselfie cameras capturing our adventures and times together was the best thing ever created. Not to mention the wristband idea so you don’t need to bring cash is just so convenient. This resort was well planned and engineered to accommodate a stress free trip for its guest is why I would recommend it for all my family and friends! "

"The hotel room was very comfortable and with a safe ambiance. The only issue was a little bit challenging to get to the entrance the first time. The checking was easy and prompt, even with two customers in front of me in the line. It was a good experience in general. "
