"Hotel sells day passes to cruise ships since it is the closest to ships, no beach or pool lounges left for hotel guests by late morning. Need to get lounge early in AM. After spending $3,000 for 5 nights, asked for 11:30 checkout, 30 minutes late, they wanted $50! Front desk employees seem inmature, didn’t even pull up my account "

"One of the few resorts that has enough loungers by the pool and on the beach. I also appreciated the shades that could easily be pulled over so she was in the sun and I was in the shade. The resort was clean. Always someone picking up or wiping or mopping the common areas and pool area."

"Property was very quaint, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the amenities were appropriate for the property. The pool was small but very nice providing a view of the hills surrounding St. Thomas and overlooking the town itself. It was within walking distance of just about everything that we wanted to see. The room was small, not posh, but very clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we were looking for in our breif layover in St. Thomas and we will be back when we can spend a little more time exploring the US Virgin Islands."

"Hello, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property and to request appropriate compensation for the issues I experienced with my reservation. I had specifically booked a room with two queen beds to accommodate myself and my two sons. Upon arrival, I was initially given a room with only one bed. After bringing this to your staff’s attention, I was reassigned to a different room in another tower. Unfortunately, upon entering that room, we discovered that the carpet was wet, making it unsuitable for use. I then had to return مرة again to the front desk, where I was reassigned back to the original room with only one bed. As a result, one of my sons was forced to sleep on a rollaway bed. This was not the experience I expected, especially considering the amount I paid for our stay and the importance of this family vacation. Seeing my son sleep uncomfortably on a rollaway bed was both unacceptable and disheartening. I believe this situation warrants compensation, as the accommodations provided did not match what was originally booked and paid for. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a fair resolution regarding compensation for the inconvenience and diminished experience. Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to your response. "
