"Breakfast was fresh every day; Eggs, bacon, potatoes, fresh fruits, few pastries, waffles, toast and coffee. Dinner service on one night -- service very slow and food disappointing, and expensive. We did find 2 good restaurants (food/service) in Nassau. PROBLEM with daily updating of ATLANTIS wristbands. Was an inconveniently long walk every day to have wristbands updated with LONG lines to wait on. IDEALLY, the Wristband Desk should be AT the Comfort Suites OR in the CORAL TOWER lobby. We 3 were 60-70+ and had not expected the LONG walk to the wristband desk and then a mile to access the Cove Beaches. Just my opinion"

"The property itself is extremely clean and well maintained, though it may benefit from some updates in the future. That said, what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every team member we encountered was warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. I wish I could recognize each person by name because the level of service was consistently outstanding across the board. I genuinely cannot express how grateful we are. We traveled from the U.S. with two young children and were initially a bit nervous about the unknown, but our stay turned out to be absolutely lovely. From the concierge to the pool staff, everyone was highly professional and well trained. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!"
