“I recently had to drop everything and fly home to Belfast because of a family emergency. I simply Googled “Best place to stay near the Ulster Hospital?”. A fantastic 5-star review appeared about Peartree Hill. I genuinely had more in my head so I simply made the booking. A few minutes after I received an email from Peartree Hill if I had any special requests. We arrived late at night and was greeted by Avril. She was so kind and had everything ready for us. I had a really long day traveling……

“Working in Belfast for a few days, decided to travel outside for accommodation. Found the hotel online. Read a few reviews and decided to book. 1st person I encountered was Lisa, who booked me in and gave me my key. Went up to room, very clean and airy. Ate on the restaurant had chicken wings starter and smoked cod for main. Food was excellent, staff were very polite and courteous. After dinner had a walk aroind the quay, met a few locals who were very friendly. Going back in August for a weeks……

“A very short stay in the hotel. But the hotel is very nice in general. The bed is comfy. I am impressed by the breakfast. Nice touch of the booklet of the breakfast. Food is with high quality. Best standard buffet breakfast I have tried in UK. ”

“Incredible hospitality! We were staying for a friends wedding at the venue and the team could not do enough for you. We arrived early morning and asked if we could leave our cases whilst we headed into Bangor - within seconds the receptionist and housekeeping manager were scouting out which rooms were readily available - we were given an upgraded room and able to check in immediately. On our first morning of breakfast, my partner asked the waiting staff if it would be possible to get some……

“A lovely stay, a warm welcome and smooth checkin. An extensive breakfast menu. I had a freshly prepared Ulster Fry and a very tasty omelette in the end ..... it was tricky to choose! We were weekend stayers, so being so close to the shore and it's wonderful coastal path as well as it being only a short stroll into Bangor for the best bars with wonderful live music. Perfect ”
