AMAZING location, there is no free shuttle but took the $4 rtc public bus that literally took me steps from the hotel. So much free stuff to look at, can walk to cesars, bellagio, paris, no need for a car, could even walk to the sphere (about half a mile from where flamingo uber pick was).
