“The young front desk staff was extremely rude during check-in. When I contacted the manager about the situation, he showed very little concern and did not ask what happened or offer any meaningful solution.
I ended up reaching out to Expedia for help, and they were the ones who actually assisted me and explained what to do regarding my issue.
The biggest problem was the poor customer service and lack of training at check-in. The staff did not explain breakfast hours, provide the Wi-Fi……
