"The staff at this property works like a well oiled machine. It was very refreshing to see a work ethic that we do not have in the United States. Even the manager of the dining room was bussing tables. Very impressed. Staff was outstanding. David was awesome as along with the rest of the front desk, staff was great. I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. You will not be disappointed. I guarantee it."

"Front desk staff was excellent both times we styed there in 3wks. Ruben the driver did Airport transfer for us very early in the a.m. and once for an out of town trip acting as a knowledgeable guide. Will stay again for sure."

"The breakfast and restaurant was very good .. some of the best steak I had and breakfast options changed daily. The staff were super nice and helpful whenever we needed. I loved my room view from 7th floor. The rooftop was great I didn’t personally experience room service but we seen other ppl getting it and they even bought bottles to the room. The dining prices were great the drinks tasted so good especially happy hour lol. I felt safe in the area and there was a lot of food options nearby. Would stay here again "

"This place was fantastic! The room was a little dated. But seriously didn't bother me. Housekeeping came everyday, and you could always tell by the smell of the bleach. The floors were mopped daily, again, overall, i loved the openness, as large as a small apartment! The staff were always smiling and willing to help whether at the main entrance or at their scrumptious breakfast. Definitely will stay here again when and if we return to Panamá. "

"Our family vacation was well spent, staff was polite and accommodatimg, food was excellent, rooms we clean and always made up by staff. Beds were very comfortable. We got a bit of a paint and gypsum paste odour in the corridor to our room, from repair works taking place in other rooms but the place was always clean "

"Stay was super nice and even recognized us from 2 weeks prior. The staff at the coffee shop was fantastic and went above and beyond assisting us. The shuttle driver is an extremely hard working individual and when we went to the airport I realized I lef my carry-on satchel with our legal papers, medication and money bag with over $500 in it. He called the hotel and they told me they had it at the front desk and we stayed at airport and he drove back and bought it to me in record time and didn’t delay out COPA checked bag drop at all. We've stayed here 4 times in 2 years and if we're flying out this is our go to hotel."
