“This was truly a 5/5 star resort. When I arrived late on the first day, the front desk staff was kind and encouraged me to visit the restaurant buffet because I was hungry and allowed me time to do that and even held my bags. That was a friendly welcome.
I traveled solo and felt very, very safe. I also felt like the staff recognized me after a few days and noted I was alone and they were so sweet.
I used the coupon for spa services and did the leg wax and it was fantastic and professional……

“We stayed at Adams Beach as a family and unfortunately left very disappointed. We booked a Queen Suite but were initially given a room, located in an old part of the hotel. The dated corridor and old-fashioned carpets honestly felt like stepping back into the 1980s. After complaining, we were moved to Queen Suite Room by the pool, which was comfortable and much closer to what we expected. Despite asking several times, we never received confirmation that the 2 rooms are actually the same Queen……
