“We have stayed at this hotel a few times & the front desk staff are the best!! I wish I knew the name of the woman who always remembers us when we walk in! She is just the sweetest person! She even remembers the reason we go to Lawrence so often! The other people at the hotel are very nice, as well. But, she goes above & beyond! The hotel is always clean & quiet. It's updated and comfortable!”

“This is an old hotel and needs updating. Communication needs a lot of improvement. I booked this hotel on expedia. The did not mention that the room I booked was not in the hotel building but instead was a motel room. I would not have booked it if I had known. When I asked for a room inside, they said they were full. In addition, the room had an odor. It seemed like cigarette smoke but might have been something else. The sheets were worn and yellowed in spots. I called the front desk to……

“Unique hotel for business travelers. Built in a defunct shopping mall. The hotel is spacious and welcoming. Staff are very friendly and professional wanting to please in every way..”

“The property was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very courteous. There was a lot of construction behind the property, and some construction noise early in the morning. The bathroom door was a sliding door that had a big gap & did not provide privacy. The door was also scarred at the bottom & needed repair & paint. An area on the bathroom wall had been repaired, but not painted. ”
