“The desk clerk got defensive upon check-in when I asked if I could have a "more economical room" (lower rate) than what was booked, if such was available. I thought it was a simple question. After their negative reaction I didn't bother asking anymore questions. When I walked into the room, I found the bed had not been made since the previous guest's stay! The staff, however, was cheerful and apologetic in giving me another room.”

“Room was nice but the carpet was not vacuumed. Also the tv didn't have the local channels on them as they were blocked. Service was good and friendly staff”
