“floor is not cleaned，breakfast were horrible”

“The room was clean but smelled musty. The air conditioner was not pulling the humidity was the room which meant a somewhat uncomfortable sleeping night.”

The shower was a sketchy orange film that didn't wipe off. The front door leaked in the night and we woke up to rain puddle on the front part of the room. Would have left but you can only drive without a break for so long”

“Needed somewhere to stay for one night and this was the most affordable location that allowed dogs. The property did not appear the cleanest; our room was no exception. The microwave was dirty from the previous guests, shower tub appeared old and dirty. Towels and linen seemed washed so that was a plus; the AC also worked great! To our surprise, the next day we woke up to a centipede in the kitchen sink. We never had breakfast there so can't speak on that. Overall, if you need to stay……

“When I first pulled in, my husband was like omg wth, check-in went smooth; got the key- yes, key- just like the motels in the 70s. Not personable, I got chilly and could not figure out the heater; the young lady brought us a small space heater, and it warmed up the room quickly. “My wife, son, his fiance, and I stayed there for two nights as we visited Lake McConaughy. It was a great place to stay and made this a wonderful family vacation. Very clean and homey with everything you need. Excellent communication abilities with the Host. Would highly recommend this place to others.”

“The house was perfect for our visit to see the sandhill cranes. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was stocked with everything that anyone would ever need. All the bathroom amminities were also provided, as well as plenty of extra blankets. Proximity to the old bridge was a bonus for excellent crane viewing. We would definitely stay here again.”

I contacted the host early the next morning and he brought out some lamps that evening about 5:45 as he could not get an electrician out to fix the issue.
