“Clean room and pool. There was no wifi, so we had no access to internet or cable tv. Staff I asked to help troubleshoot this concern advised they would get back to me but they never did. Upstairs guests made a lot of noise and hotel staff were not able to get them to quiet down. Some hotels have additional charges when guests disturb others, which I wish was implemented everywhere.”

If we were staying more than a few nights, it would be nice to have a place to hang some clothes, and it would have been nice to have even a few basic tv channels. I'd love to come back in the summer so we could fully enjoy the beautiful property. ”
