“For an all inclusive resort it lacked majorly. The food was good, but there is no late snacks, no room service, and they close 10 min before the actual time. We had to get food delivered because of this. No one comes to ask you for drinks you have to go to the bar. Everything pretty much shuts down by 2300 (11pm). Your kind of forced to go to your room. The gym and spa is not close by to the hotel. Some of the staff were standoffish, but other staff were great. I wouldnt recommend this hotel.”

“An amazing stay from start to finish. The staff are fantastic — we even got a complimentary room upgrade on arrival. The pool is lovely and the hotel has a warm, cozy feel throughout. Only minor note: a few loose tiles in the shower, but nothing that affected the experience. Highly recommended!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​”
