“The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices. ”

“Unfortunately, my room was not particularly clean, I had to keep my footwear on in the room, I also had mould around my bath tub! Staff were not very well organised! They wanted to search your bags every time you entered the hotel as food & drinks (including snacks & bottled water were not allowed in). We did not use the Spa facilities! Breakfast was also a massive disappointment. Food was very limited and not replenished, plates & cups were not readily available, coffee machine wasn’t working……

“Staff were very accommodating very lovely people went out of their way to help us with everything we asked for. Thank you very much to front desk Abdulkareem and Kadijah who helped to make us stay very special. Breakfast was good but busy at times occasionally difficult to find a table outside. outdoor pool was lovely, big never felt too crowded it has a children’s pool also. Evening meals were good about £26 for a buffet although you don’t get any drinks with that only water. Used the spa was……

“Whilst the hotel is nice, it is somewhat dated and could certainly do with a renovation. The mattresses on the sun beds most certainly need replacing. And there is a desperate need for more parasols. The biggest downside of this property is the service. To say the level of service is poor would be being kind. There is no urgency in any interaction and you are constantly left waiting. Whether that be for a member of staff to come over, waiting at least 30 mins around the pool area for a drink or……

“Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, we found that the air conditioning in our room was not working. Despite several calls to the front desk and multiple repair attempts, nothing was fixed. We were forced to spend the entire first night without air conditioning while the temperature was above 30°C. The next day, we were moved to another room, which meant packing and unpacking all of our luggage again. The worst part happened at check-out. Although……
