“The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices. ”

“This is a beautiful hotel and the attention to detail is very high. The staff are terrific so professional so well trained. They advise on everything if you need anything. Found them exceptionally kind and attentive. The pool area is totally great and the spa is also fantastic. It was a great stay at a perfect time. They kindly upgraded my room also which I was very grateful for it was stunning!”

“This resort was clean, had great food, and it was quite relaxing. The entertainment though was sadly nowhere near resorts like Moon Palace. Lots of parents come in with their children. So more activities and shows are needed.”

“Very clean property with plenty of great food selections. Only improved I’d recommend is adding proper entertainment (like the Moon Palace Cancun). Since many parents with children come here, it would be great to add activities for the kids to keep them busy.”

“A lovely stay and everything we needed. Bit of an unpleasant first impression with security guard deciding whether he would let us in - travelling with my 16 year old and had confirmation that he was welcome but that information apparently never reached the gate. Main Property is beautiful but there is large parts of the hotel grounds which seems to be a building site/abandoned. I see now why they offer to drive you to gym/spa/indoor pool area! It was clearly a huge resort in previous……

“This hotel is calm with good rooms and housekeeping but misses the mark too much. Service was usually sleepy, the place very not smoke free with lots of smoking around the pool, the technology was outdated with no usb sockets anywhere or Netflix and a pretty useless hotel app too. Just a very forgettable place to stay, hopefully I just hit a bad week but it should be really special and was not.”

“Our room wasn’t that clean. The rug in the room was dirty and the floor wasn’t mopped after previous guests it had hair all over. The breakfast was okay. The diner buffet was a bit expensive for the food that was offered. Not that many good choices of dishes. The beach was far, a 10 min ride with the shuttle.”
