"Staff were the best! So cheerful and fun. Room and housekeeping not so much. We had to phone every day for facecloths or hand towels and in a week stay we got them twice. Never got our conditioner or lotion refill like we asked for either. Pillow cases were too small and it was kinda gross knowing the pillow was exposed to all guests and probably not cleaned each time. 2 of our dresser drawer handles were falling off. But besides that resort/pool was nice, staff friendly, food was average, entertainment was lacking. We asked for some salsa lessons and got them. 😁"

"Got caught in the cartel chaos. The resort could not have been more accommodating and helpful. They extended our stay at a very reasonable rate. Extremely clean and well run property. Food was great and staff went above and beyond. Special thanks to Sandra in the Chipotle Buffet."

"The property is beautiful, compact. Food is very good, the buffet has a wide selection of choices. Nice that you can walk forever on the beach in either direction. Found our room on the 4th floor on the inside area very noisy at night with the shows on. Would choose an outside room if we returned "
