“The checking is easy and they received us with a drink, the rooms are big and clean and the have drinks in the fridge, all the restarunt are very good, the staff altered very helpful and polite. Even the shoes were good. The only bad thing it was the mosquitoes but I know that it was because of the raining season. Other then that it was perfect Thank you”

“Very bad service until you start to tip the workers that’s when they help you out it took them 6 hours to get a animal out of my room and that was because I kept on bugging them about it. Unless you tip the workers they will help you out if not your on your own. I honestly disliked the say will never come back!”

“En general no recomiendo hospedarse aquí nos dieron una habitación en una torre que son tiempos compartidos, la estufa no funciona, el aire acondicionado no enfrío, el agua caliente tardó como 10 minutos en salir tibia. El cuarto se veía viejo para el precio que dan, lo único más o menos rescatable es la Comida. Me quejé y el ultimo día nos dieron una habitación mejor. Pero Sivan a pagar 4500 por hospedaje el Riu de al lado es mejor por la Misma cantidad”

“Me gusto la comida, la atención del personal, la playa y la limpieza. No me gusto el área de los camastros en la playa, las plantas obstruyen la vista al mar. No funcionan bien las regaderas de la playa, hay que hacer file en el bar de la alberca”

“Beautiful place and beautiful beach! The hotel is amazing, and most of the food was great. The only restaurant that wasn’t the best was Spice Market, but all the other restaurants were excellent. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!”
