“Food was excellent could not fault anything .”

“Everything was great at the hotel. This helped a lot as the weather was cold and windy. Clean toom. Excellent staff. Breakfast was substantial, very tasty, Room service was great! Well done everyone!”

“So called “family room” was the size of a shoebox. Barely enough room for the two of us. Sandwiches, as promised, not available for diabetics until 2300. Useless. Had to find a local shop. Staff were very pleasant.”

“The Park Hotel is a lovely hotel situated near to Kilmarnock town centre. The room was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Although I never used the facilities I did have the breakfast which was plentiful and very enjoyable. I would recommend to anyone and I will be staying there again.”

“My main problem was sorted once I reported it, but it was an unusual scenario, I believe, in that my room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. The manager was superb in accepting my observations and promised to get the room cleaned by housekeeping the following day whilst I was out (I stayed for 2 nights). However, that did mean that I had to stay and sleep in a room that wasn't clean and I had to sterilise my mug, saucer and spoon. I also found the bathroom lacking - it had no……

“We have stayed here before and it is a good practical option for us when we visit family. It is clean modern and nice and warm. We have stayed twice before in different rooms, both of which were bigger than the one we had this time. It would really have been more suitable for a single guest. That being said, we did manage ok for 2 nights. We did notice the noise from other guests a bit more this time than we did before. The location is ideal as there are shops, bars and decent restaurants……

“Pet friendly is an understatement. The staff were so accommodating and went way above to make us and our dog Blue so welcome from his welcome pack to the fuss made over him it made our visit truly special. Massive thanks to Lucie, Taylor and Ray for looking after us and the old dog. Breakfast was brilliant and the I would highly recommend the Haggis, Neeps and Tatties. Probably the spiciest and best I've tasted.”
