“The inside of the room was lovely with new technology for door entry, lighting etc. and we loved the wildlife and farm animals. however the outside of the property was a total mess. It looked like lots of the buildings were falling to bits and the grounds were overgrown and not well kept the restaurant was permanently closed and the shared microwave in the corridor worked but there was no cutlery”

Desayuno muy bueno. la única pega que a eso de la 1 de la mañana empezó a sonar un ventilador/compresor en el baño que daba una conexión central. por lo demás, como para repetir.”

“Reservé 3 habitaciones para mi familia en una única transacción, por lo tanto se supone que las tres habitaciones eran iguales, misma cantidad de personas, el desayuno incluido, idéntico. La primera sorpresa fue que 2 eran contiguas pero la otra, la nuestra, estaba en otra planta, no es ningún problema pero nos extrañó. Sí que nos chocó que no funcionaba el radiador y no había ningún aviso de que pasaba esto, nos volvimos locos mirando si era culpa nuestra y si había algún interruptor o algo,...

“Stayed here while visiting Coventry for a a concert little bit of a way out but we're able to get an uber to take us in and out. Check in was very late at 3pm and we were not able to use pool etc because we were not checked in as guests . This meant we had to get changed in a bathroom as we were heading in to town at 2 pm Room was lovely large and clean ,bath and shower to choose from Very good breakfast the next day ,very busy due to events on day before but there was plenty to choose from...

“There is ample parking at a charge of £10 per night. I upgraded the twin room to a superior twin room for £25 extra room 310. We were not impressed!! The room was dated and needs refurbishment, The bathroom was dated too and not very clean. The room had a damp smell when we entered, so we opened the window and left the door open to air the room. The reception area is spacious and clean, all through the lobby/bar area to the restaurant. The leisure centre needs a whole revamp as it's really dated...

“The room was good and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good too. The only negative is that check out is at 10:30, and they wanted 20 pounds to extend it to 12.”

“We didn't used the pool or other facilities but out room was amazing, fab breakfast and great price. The receptionist, (her name began with an M), was truly lovely and a real credit to the hotel.”

“Spacious and clean rooms. Handing over rooms upon arrival could be more efficient, taking into account that if a client arrives early, it is usually because they have been traveling very early. Good breakfast although the replenishment when a product was finished”

Really big bathroom Very hot but it was a hot evening outside The check-in was weird because we were asked to pay £5 for parking which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking process. Considering it’s a motorway services accommodation, there’s really no choice unless we parachuted in. The hotel should have the honesty to include it in the price at booking.”
