“Lovely location. Property set in well maintained grounds with view of the river. We ate one night in the restaurant.Nice food including the breakfasts”

“The hotel has a large parking place. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The staff is quite professional with high efficiency.”

“Room was good Sauna/gym was good Food was excellent Staff were great The corridors were a little tired looking but since I don’t need to sleep in the corridor what difference does it make.”

“A rather old fashioned and somewhat dowdy hotel. Our room was somewhat antique, but clean with a modern bathroom. There were large windows and a glass door from outside into the room. We had to try several windows to find one that was open. There were large floor to ceiling curtains that were difficult to draw and did not properly cut out the outside light. There were few amenities provided in the room, limited toiletries, no bottled water, etc. There is a car park but we only managed to squeeze……

“We’ve stayed before and has always been good. Was, again, very clean and breakfast was good too. Bar closed early tho and no way of getting a lateish drink, till was blamed and fairly much brushed off by the bar staff spoiling an otherwise enjoyable stay.”
