“dead roaches in the bathroom, noisy beach”

“I was very UNHAPPY! First time being disappointed in Mazatlán. First off, there’s a limit to how many people can stay in a room and they charge for every person including children under 8! I don’t like going to a hotel where the staff wants to invade my privacy and wants to know who all is staying in my room including names and ages. Especially if I’m only paying for the room only not any amenities or meals. I am a very private person and I highly disliked that! Second off my mom and dad are……

“The temperature of the bathroom water was too hot. Pool water was hot. The room telephone was not working. I was low rate that i was expected. Too much noise. I heard everything from our neighbors.”

“Buen servicio, comida rica a buen precio, personal amable. Lo unico malo es que no tenian prendido la caldera de la alberca y eso afecto mucho la experencia con los niños. Se les dijo y los 4 días de nuestra estancia no la encendieron. Una lastima, por que ese fue el principal motivo de hospedarnos ahi, la alberca calefactada.”

“Not a bad word to say about The Palms. Looked just like the pictures, was very clean and the staff were great. We got the Superior Ocean view room and got exactly what we were hoping for. Amazing view & big balcony area. Room had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen sink, and even a dehumidifier which was awesome. I do wish they had a toaster in the rooms as well but that’s minor. You can very much hear the waves from the ocean all night in the room but that didn’t bother us. The pool &……

“Been to this resort 8 times over the past 14 years, for a reason. The service is great, the food is good, very good at the a la cartes. THIS time however, and this is the reason I will not go back again - the hotel allows mexican bands on the beach to play if someone hires them. Which in the past was fine - they would play a few songs and move on. What has changed is they now have amplifiers and speakers, which DRAMATICALLY increases the volume. As well, they basically played for 4-5 hours……

“La habitaciones son muy buenas, tiene buena vista, la alberca es grande y el personal es muy amable. El bufet es muy bueno y el personal es muy atento. ”
