Clean, valet parking was convenient, staff was friendly and helpful. We chose to stay here because of the walk ability to Fishermans Wharf. With just a few hours/evening to spend in the city we felt our kids would enjoy that area the most! "

"It was in a great location for our vacation. It was central to Napa Valley, Muir Woods, and San Francisco. All the places we had planned to visit. The amenities were great especially after a day out exploring. We really enjoyed the club lounge. "

"This property was close to Pier 39 and was great for location. The bar and restaurant area were ok…but had an almost cafeteria feel, but as I said - close to many dining and bar options at the Pier. Overall I would rate this over 4 stars but not quite a 5 star hotel, which makes it affordable and convenient. I would stay there again…"

"Were just staying for a quick overnight. Staff was very friendly and generously gave wife and me a free breakfast on learning it was our anniversary trip. Very professional and helpful with locating other needs at places near the hotel. Room was very comfortable. Good views of bay. "

"The front desk asked for a credit card for the room, the room was paid for in advance, she didn’t explain that she needed the CC for incidentals. Just caused some confusion until the manager came over. "

"Amazing stay if you are staying in the Wharf area ! It is a bit touristy but super safe and walkable even at night. Ubers to and from every location in the city were easy to call as well "

"This is hands-down our favorite hotel on the Bay Area. Just a little off the beaten path, quiet, serene, safe, you can’t beat the views of the yacht harbor, bay and city. Great fire tables and patio. I love the indoor pool and hot tub, the pool temperature is so comfortable, but it doesn’t feel hot and stuffy in there. The mattress was a little old and could use a new one, I feel some of the rooms are due for a remodel, but it definitely won’t stop me from coming again, definitely get a courtyard or marina view room."

"Early call confirmed fridge in room. Had to call for refrigerator to be delivered.Then it froze soda and dip. Advertised as having 3 pools - none are for lap swimming. Very disappointing. Food was superb."
