“Let me start by saying the hotel is beautiful, I booked a Junior suite & it was stunning. Unfortunately, our experience at Nacional was disappointing. We arrived for a 5 night stay on Easter Sunday Apr 5th & on arrival the front desk told us we didn't have a reservation even though we'd fully prepaid for our room through Expedia. I showed them copies of the confirmation on the app, the printed email showing it was paid & the message the hotel sent us through the Expedia app the day before……

“I absolutely LOVED this hotel and their staff. The staff were so caring and welcoming wondering where we were going what adventures we had planned for the day and if we needed a taxi to get us there. The rooms were clean, our view was excellent as we were on the 8th floor. And the ocean was literally in pur back yard. What more could you adk for. Definitely going back and Definitely staying at this property again!”
