“I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”

“Fabulous in EVERY way. The resort is located in the north of the island, within very close proximity to pigeon Island. The staff was attentive, and friendly. The rooms were spectacular, and well maintained. The property was similarly well looked after, and we especially appreciated the regular “fogging” that they did to keep mosquitoes at bay. Breakfast was excellent, and of good variety every day. Overall, a great location for a family holiday, and would highly recommend it.”

“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“My husband and I really enjoyed our time at the hotel! It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday. My biggest complaint is we were never told about the additional lunch options at Project Chocolat. We learned about it on our last day because we took the chocolate making class. The lunch menu at the hotel is pretty small so once we learned we had more options just up the road we were slightly annoyed by that. I think front desk reception should make it known to guest when they check in……
