“I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”

“I loved a majority of the staff. Kidada, Brendan, Macc, Bella, Janet, Quincy, and many more were very nice and helpful during my stay. The only thing I didn’t like was that it felt like the drinks were watered down but the food and service were great.”

“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

No photos or reviews will ever do it justice, you need to experience it for yourself. The rooms are absolutely BREATH TAKING. The staff is INCREDIBLE, so accommodating and ready to go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. It was such a unique experience we will never forget.
