"First impressions: I am visually impaired and to get to our room the host brought us to a flight of very wide stairs that were extremely poorly lit with dark wood and carpet. I understand that this is a budget hotel, but I did expect there to be a mirror in the bathroom, and a table lamp in the bed room area not just the overhead light that was controlled by one switch at the door.
