"Best place for our 3 day family vacation stay for Zion National park visit. Everything in small beautiful town of Springdale is walkable from here. Nice Italian restaurant Dulivia right Nextdoor. Well kept place, nice sitting areas indoors and outdoors - free coffee stations, water filling station, infused water, shuffle board, pool table inside, pool, kids fountain area, outside large fire place sitting area. We had standard 2 queen bed suite which also included sturdy sofa bed and additional trundle bed below it ( could sleep 4 adults + 2 small kids). Large ro on and large bathroom. Room cleaning every 2 days. Didn’t find anything not to like. "
