“I spent a week working with soldiers at Fort Hood, and this hotel was perfect in every way; amenities, staff, cleanliness, it’s location to both Fort Hood, restaurants and any other service or item that I might need. Definitely stay here if you’re in the area!”

“Loved the convenience to Salado’s Main Street and yet since the property was not in the town it was very quiet, serene and relaxing. My favorite was sitting in the rockers on the porch and watching the clouds and the birds. The rooms in the main house are super clean and beautifully decorated. The food was fabulous and owners are delightful. Will definitely visit there again. ”

“It's an inn. It was clean, no smells, amazing room service... That lady knocked at exactly 9:30 every morning and moped thoroughly. Breakfast was minimalist and you really can assume that there is none. For what it is, it was exceptional. Parking was great... I was able to park at my door. The parking lot is shared with Popeyes and Dennys. There is a dollar tree, hair store, and a few other fast food chains in walking distance and an amazing Mexican snack shop for deserts about 2 miles away.……

“The hotel needed a little updating and refreshing. But it had everything that you need. That matters more to me. I loved the 24/7 coffee machine. The food was good and the area was pleasant and clean. I didn’t have to ask for more towels they give you enough. The room was clean and roomy. Parking was plentiful. I would definitely stay there again. Book ahead for a better price.”

“Under new management, the property was reportedly undergoing renovations. No breakfast, vending machines, or food/medical items available. No room service expect when leaving --not even any DO Not Disturb signs for the doors. In the gyn, the exercise machines were partially dysfunctional.”

“Rooms were clean, some kitchen utensils were ok however the pots and pans weren’t clean from the last visitors. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We will stay again”
