“We were there for 4 days and the elevator was out of service the entire time of our stay. The ice machine on our floor didnt work either. Carpets in hallways were stained and the entire hotel looked like it was in need of an update/maintenance. Requested a late check out, but that wasn't possible and was asked to leave immediately at checkout time. It looked like it was a nice hotel at one time, but hasn't really been taken care of.”

“Very disappointing experience. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude from the moment I arrived and acted like helping guests was an inconvenience. The room smelled bad and did not feel clean or welcoming at all. Overall, the customer service was poor and the atmosphere was uncomfortable because the lady at the front desk seemed upset and rude the entire time. I would not stay here again.”

“The hotel needed a little updating and refreshing. But it had everything that you need. That matters more to me. I loved the 24/7 coffee machine. The food was good and the area was pleasant and clean. I didn’t have to ask for more towels they give you enough. The room was clean and roomy. Parking was plentiful.
I would definitely stay there again. Book ahead for a better price.”

“It's an inn. It was clean, no smells, amazing room service... That lady knocked at exactly 9:30 every morning and moped thoroughly. Breakfast was minimalist and you really can assume that there is none. For what it is, it was exceptional. Parking was great... I was able to park at my door. The parking lot is shared with Popeyes and Dennys. There is a dollar tree, hair store, and a few other fast food chains in walking distance and an amazing Mexican snack shop for deserts about 2 miles away.……
