“This unit is nicely decorated and well stocked with supplies and cookware. It has excellent access to the beach, parking and within a short walk of most of what Folly Beach has to offer in the way of restaurants and other businesses. Also it is close to Charleston for shopping and a host of other things to do!!”

“Condo was very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable! We walked into town for dinner once; the walk wasn't too bad but would recommend that you only do it if you know the weather will be kind to you! We loved sitting out on the porch and watching the birds, boats, and sunsets! IT is a beautiful view! The only recommendation would be to have fans in each bedroom for white noise due to possibility of loud neighbors in unit above. It wasn't a factor that would keep us from renting again but……

“The property was very clean and organized with spectacular sunset/sunrise views. It was only 1 mile from beach and close to downtown Charleston. The only issue we had was the air conditioner unit was on the balcony right outside the one bedroom which kicked on and off about every 5 minutes and was very loud at night.”

“Host was very responsive! The place was more spacious than expected but could use upgraded furniture. Dining table legs are wobbly and kitchenware is scratched, old and a few pieces had old food on them. Other than that it was very pleasant. The location is PERFECT. Highly recommend for a lager group who likes to walk and be active.”

“Very nice accommodation. Only complaint is ceilings squeaked when someone upstairs walks. ”
