“The location is great for getting to both Folly Beach and also a short trip into Charleston. The back porch is spacious, and offers great relaxing views. Inside is comfy and clean. There were even 4 nice beach chairs available to use if you need them. ”

Clean beach, great town. Go to Burt’s! They have anything you do and don’t need. The property was exactly what I hoped for. Comfy bed, 20 minutes from Charleston. We will certainly be back. We loved it!”

“We were in Charleston for a girl’s weekend. This place was perfect for our group of 5. It was walking distance to King St. the parking spaces are a bit narrow and depending on which designated space you have it might be a challenge. They do provide parking passes for on street parking. Rental company was very quick to respond to any communication. Overall this place was great and we would stay again if we return to the area.”

“The property was very clean and organized with spectacular sunset/sunrise views. It was only 1 mile from beach and close to downtown Charleston. The only issue we had was the air conditioner unit was on the balcony right outside the one bedroom which kicked on and off about every 5 minutes and was very loud at night.”
