"Really lovely, clean villa in a stunning location however you need a car to drive into Podgora where parking is very difficult, especially in August, as it's very busy. We had a couple of issues with coffee machine not working, no gas for the BBQ and no parasols but this was dealt with quickly by Iva although one small parasol by the pool was not enough (5 of us huddled under it at one point). There was a lack of cups and glasses especially when 7 people are drinking water all day (possibly only...

"Gorgeous villa with stunning view and fantastic facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, pool table and sauna. Spotlessly clean and beautiful interior. Lovely welcome from Zorana who was always on hand to help provide recommendations and book restaurants, taxis, boat trips etc. Miljenko, the owner, was very prompt with his responses to queries before the holiday and provided return transfers to and from Split airport which was incredibly generous and much appreciated. "This house was very clean, well cared for and worked perfectly for a group with children. We enjoyed the pool and outside area. Our group enjoys cooking and we were able to make meals for 9 people and used the bbq several times. Ivan was friendly and helpful. He provided recommendations for cafes, restaurants and beaches that didn’t disappoint. He visited the house a few times over our 7 days and checked in with us via text. He’s a great host! Overall it was a fantastic experience!"

The internal layout of the house is really great and very spacious, although we spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the views. The house is decorated with love and cosy Fortunately everything about the house was exceptional, and we don't give praise lightly. there is a rich tradition in the production and preparation of meals, breads, honey, homemade eco foods ... all that you can get in the environment. "This a luxury house in a stunning location. The house itself its appointed to a very high standard and everything you can need and more is supplied. Pool area is private and to the same standard as the rest of the house. The pool was cleaned 3 times during a 1 week stay and BBQ cleaned and charcoal replenished at no extra cost. The staff are nowhere to be seen...until you need them, you simply drop Mirella a message and you either get a reply to assist or if its anything more serious a member...

"We have just returned from a lovely 2 week stay at Villa Olivia. This is the place for total peace. There are no near neighbours. The villa is as described. Milan takes enormous pride in his property and communicates well at all stages of the booking and the stay. He makes every effort to ensure you have everything you need. The villa and grounds are very clean and comfortable. It is perfectly possible to walk down to Podgora, about 30 minutes, but take the taxi number with you from the info...

"This was a perfect villa for two families to relax in Croatia. The outdoor area and pool were the highlight with plenty of shade and a fantastic swimming pool. Bedrooms are large and airconditioned and the house is set on four floors which gave everyone privacy. It's in an idyllic old-town setting next to a beautiful church and has fantastic views across to the neighbouring islands (plus a stunning mountain backdrop). The local town of Podgora is smaller and a lot nicer than Nearby Makaska...

"I found the service was great - very helpful and organised hosts. The housekeeper was always on hand and quick to respond. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable- it was perfect for us as 2 families of 4. Very clean and great facilities with the pool, table tennis and use of the sports centre across the road. Very quiet location but not too far to travel to the coast - car definitely needed though."

The house owners were very kind and serviceminded. One night they prepared us a traditional Croatian dinner! The house and the pool was very clean. We would like to return another year!"
