Easy checkin at the bar with delightful staff amd free welcome drink. Room was simple but sufficient, great shower. Only there for one night but great valet.

I stayed here after a surgery and that night there was a tornado warning. Due to my condition I couldn’t make it down to the kitchen to shelter with the other guests so they opened a mechanical room on my floor to keep us safe. Amazing care and service. Once the warning cleared I went back to my clean and comfortable room and slept like a baby.

It was my first trip to Fayetteville and the woman at the check in desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy. She offered a map and dining suggestions. The breakfast the next morning was great and the room was large, clean and very comfortable. Will definitely go back!

I've stayed at this property in the past, and was very satisfied. Recently, this hotel has had complete refurbishment of all the rooms, including bedding, flooring, and fixtures. They are currently finishing the public areas, but this did not impact my stay at all. It was quiet, and kept clean for guest traffic. Very comfortable, and a great value.

We loved our stay in The Pines cabin. The space was just what we needed for a price we could handle. The bed was VERY comfortable!! The only negative experience we encountered was that a storm came thru that night and the rain pinged off of the metal box of the A/C unit outside the window. It was sooo loud! As soon as the storm passed, we were able to go back to sleep. Not sure anything can be done, but it doesn't hurt to let someone know. All in all, we WILL be back again! Thank you!

This hotel was very clean and smelled so good! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great (eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, cereal, bagels, fruit). We had a nice quiet room on the far end of the 3rd floor. Convenient to U of A activities and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for two weeks. The service was terrific. Everyone was helpful and courteous. The woman who cared for breakfast Monday through Friday was efficient, charming, and helpful. She works hard and deserves a raise. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Had a great stay, only problem was that house keeping did not come in and clean or leave fresh towels during the day. I had to call the front desk and ask for more towels.
