Charming Cottage in Eastham. One bedroom - max occupancy of 2 people, one parking space available. Pet Friendly. (2 dog max, additional fee of $25/dog applies)
Short drive to shopping, beaches, restaurants and hiking trails. 5 minute drive to Coast Guard Beach. The western border of the Outer Cape is lined with miles of beautiful beaches overlooking Cape Cod Bay. Just as magical as the National Seashore, Cape Cod Bay offers calmer and warmer waters, amazing flats at low tide and breathtaking sunsets. The most notable and largest Eastham bay beach is First Encounter, where the native Indians first encountered the pilgrims in 1620. Parking tickets and visitor stickers for Eastham Town beaches and ponds can be purchased upon entrance.

Please note: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email, please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Read the ad. No sheets or towels are included or they could be for extra money. “Additional” costs were high. Toilet was barely bolted to the floor.

This is a perfect rental for a Single or Couple that we used as our base to enjoy the area. Convenient location and minutes to beaches.The Cottage was well equipped and the Owners have tried to anticipate the needs of their guests and have succeeded! Very pet friendly!!!! Comfortable bed and furnishings. We would definitely come back

Small but quaint cabin
Everything was very clean and the cabin was very well appointed. The only draw back is a very small refrigerator. But we just did limited cooking. I would go back.

Making new memories
We enjoyed our stay and the cottage , however it possible it would help to have a taller fridge.. we enjoyed having our coffee sitting in the chairs in front of the cottage and noticed that each of the cottages had a private area for sitting, which made it nice. we appreciated the handouts that were left behind and other travel guide information.
