“The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.”

“The hotel was fine. The reception staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful. Our room was very large room but very outdated. Cleanliness was ok… not sure how often it was vacuumed. They couldn’t service the room on one day owing to staff shortages. My biggest problem was the noise from the major road (I-95)…we were in a room on the side and it wasn’t double glazed so heard traffic all the time. Our door also didn’t close properly so it often sounded like someone was knocking on the door.……

“Good location. Clean room. Twice I asked the front desk to send someone to fix the shade in my room and no one ever came. The fitness center was freezing and windows were left wide open. They charge for breakfast and offer only coffee in the lobby otherwise. Not great for the price.”

“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”
