"The facility was good for my family to stay for 4 nights. Staff were nice and helping properly except one old white lady who answered my question about the laundry. I asked how much it cost for a load and she answered $2, but right after the amount she said she doesn't have quarters even though I never asked. I felt like she would never try to get quarters from somewhere and would never help guests with that. Otherwise, the facility was good."
