"I had such a wonderful stay here. Everything exceeded my expectations — the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. You can really feel the care and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The service was truly outstanding and made the whole experience even more special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! It was so well situated too, which was a huge bonus. I will be definitely coming back !"

"The location is excellent. The hotel is within walking distance from everything in Vieux Quebec. A valet service is offered but the hotel faces an underground municipal parking lot where you can easily self-park for cheaper; either park and walk across the street with your luggage or park in front of the hotel (10-minute drop-off zone), unload your luggage, and then park. The hotel has a lot of charm. The building is old so expect narrower halls and smaller rooms. Ours was quite small, two double beds (no sofa or chairs) and it faced an interior courtyard. The hotel was quiet during our stay and it was impeccably clean. I would stay here again if looking for an overnight or shorter stay. "

I let them know my son was celebrating his 10th birthday and we arrived to find an upgraded room in which a beautiful chocolate cupcake and gummy worms were waiting under a glass cloche. So incredibly sweet and classy! The staff are so kind, the beds so comfy, and the pool is perfect. We love the slide and room service! "

"Wonderful stay at a perfectly located hotel ! Friendly and professionnal staff. Very clean room, with 2 double bedroom a tad tight. Great amenities, though wish the gym would have been a little more roomy and pool a little warmer our last 2 days. Would 100% stay again !"
