“便利な立地ですが幹線道路に近く、クラクションなど騒音が大きいのですが、その為チェックイン時に耳栓をくれます。フロントは建物の2階にありますが、正面玄関からその事が分からずチェックイン時は間違った場所に来てしまったのではないかと戸惑います。しかしスタッフはどの方も人柄が良く、とても親切です。”

“Stayed for 6 nights was a lovely apartment with AC working kitchen two balconies. Host was responsive and helpful called us taxis and made things comfortable. The water park comes alive at 2pm each day most days are slow waiting for it to open my eldest enjoyed it . Theres a grocery downstairs but you have to drive to the beach. Our host gave us a beach card. Beach is small and sectioned off. Water temp was only in 20s like the pool as for the time of year.”

“Very disappointing and poor handling of problems We stayed for three nights. During the second day, the water was shut off for more than a full day. Til the next day... We could not shower. We could not use the taps. We could not even flush the toilet. My mother had to go downstairs and ask what was going on. We were told that a pipe had broken. Nobody informed us before we asked. Nobody offered us another room or any other solution. We also called Omar, who was supposed to be responsible.……

“整個酒店200間房看來只有5至10間是出租..我門口的走廊的燈是未完成..令整條酒廊都很暗很不安！出租圖中有煮食爐但沒提供..到大堂詢問..整天只是回答你「處理中」..但毫無改善.. 我間房是在盡頭..加上沒燈在走廊..左右房間均沒住客..要求轉房..但他們每次都是回答「我會幫助你轉房」..但我入住了4天！足足4天！根本沒改變！”
