"I’ve stayed here multiple times and every time the staff is always sweet and have a smile on their face. The rooms seem to be clean besides the bathtubs they always seem to be dirty or clogged and there’s always just the 1 main elevator working and it takes forever but other then that it’s enjoyable!"

We were able to walk to the nearby Orpheum theatre to see a show—very convenient—but the area feels a bit scary at night. SF is doing better than it was a few years ago, but there is still progress to be made. "
