"Delightful. Most comfortable bed in the world. I wouldn't recommend for people who have trouble with stairs. For those who do stairs, there is an excellent handrail. Very clean and aesthetically interesting. Very nice proprietors. Would definitely stay here again. Great part of town to explore. "

"My GF and I usually stay closer to Tannersville but wanted to check out this area. This place was perfect. Room was cozy and the mini living room addition to room with a pullout couch made if feel more spacious. Bed was super comfortable and had antique feel of the furniture and house. the self serve (honor system) bar and array of board games made for a nice relaxing night in by the gas fire place. The coffee and grab and go fruit/snacks, muffins was timely and perfect for starting out our day....

"Peter and Julie are excellent host with a lot of nice recommendations to the area. The room was smaller than I originally thought, but it was extremely cozy and warm with all the nice amenities inside. We loved all the nice decoration and historical feeling the room has to offer. "My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the 1805 House B&B. The four-poster king-sized bed was very comfortable, the large tub in the bathroom was a delight, and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We were in the area for a jazz festival and to visit a friend. This was a lovely country stay for the weekend. "

"We needed a central location for my daughter’s bridal shower. We could not have imagined a better place. It is beautiful and so natural. Glen was helpful and welcoming. He even came over to sweep off the expansive patio before our guests arrived and this was after he made sure everyone was awake. The house was well supplied with kitchen and dining items. The grounds were perfect - lawn chairs, picnic table, fire pit and free range chickens whose eggs we were able to enjoy. We would all stay here...
