I travel a LOT. This hotel was impeccable. The staff is professional, the room was clean and well stocked and parking is easy. I liked being able to walk to dinner. The only downside was the limited dining options when I arrived (although it was between lunch and dinner). I will definitely be back! Hint- it’s a botiquín hotel so book directly their website- you can request a room upgrade when you arrive if available!

Very clean and well appointed! The beds are comfy and the shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We didn’t use the hot tubs/sauna or cold plunge but they looked nice! Close to Bellaire and Mammoth (which is my fav as I don’t drink beer or cider so Short’s really isn’t the appeal to me for drinks). There’s other places too. All within walking distance. They asked that we put trash outside, pile towels on floor (which I do anyway) but I shouldn’t have to worry about trash at all...

This place was amazing! The attention to detail at this place is immaculate! The hotel keeps it’s history and charm with the old feel, but is a modern hotel with everything you would need. We had an issue with our room that they were unable to fix at the time, so they gave us a new, nicer room without hesitation. The breakfast ambiance was relaxing and made you feel special. Coffee and water was refilled consistently. Food was great, views were great, outside patio was beautiful and peaceful....

We have known about Stafford's Bay View Inn from our trips "up north" over the 30 years but never stayed there. That was our mistake before but never again.
The staff was friendly, charming and very accommodating. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The view of the bay was delightful and allowed us to enjoy the sunset and sunrise. This is a unique and very nice property. They have a ton of extras on property. The rooms are nice but as a small suggestion, some type of counters pace or top in the bathroom would be helpful and there's room. Also a reconfiguring of the shower .
