“Granted, at a Motel 6, I don’t expect luxury…however, I do expect a clean, safe room, and this establishment was not that. I personally feel like this Motel 6 needs to be condemned, because as soon as the sun starts to go down, you have all these roaches on everything, the walls, in the showers, etc. it’s disgusting and gross. The toilet wasn’t cleaned, and the window was missing a piece of glass (as if it had been punched out or hit with a ball), they also didn’t try to clean up that glass. I……

During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. “The room was clean and spacious with all expected amenities. We were only in need of a one-night stay but loved the property and hope to be back in the area for a longer stay sometime!”

“The WORST service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The check in process took 39 minutes and I still don’t even know why. The girl at the front desk (young, blonde girl) was the least helpful any human could be. I kid you not, anything I asked her for she said no and did not offer any alternatives..just no we don’t have that or no we can’t do that for you. Then to top it off, the lady “helping” with the breakfast buffet was extremely rude to my kids and me. We took yogurt out of the fridge and……
