Mollihawk has 7 bedrooms across 3 buildings. The 4 bedroom main villa (including an Annex or 'Quarters') has 2 double master suites, a 3rd bedroom which is double or twin plus the Annex which is double or twin. The 'Loft' which is 2 bed 2 bath, beautiful dwelling with a kitchen, lounge and pool, this can be doubles or up to 8 single beds. The Gate House which is a 1 bedroom studio type dwelling, it can be a double or twin. The whole property can be configured with King, Queen, Double and Single beds to sleep up to 14. In all, 5 of the 7 bedrooms can be twins, with the other 2 remaining Master bedrooms. There is room for as many as 5 additional beds in the bedrooms too. So, the accommodation is very flexible. It is located within a couple of minutes walk of Falmouth and English Harbour Marinas with an amazing view across Nelson's Dockyard and the entrance to English Harbour.
It comprises 4 buildings set in 1 acre of mature gardens with 2 pools, an outdoor kitchen and a garden room. It is a recently renovated home with some brand-new features, luxury fixtures and fittings and original art collection.
The Main House has a master bedroom suite, bed 2 and 3 both have wet rooms. There is an open plan kitchen, dining, living room and office with DJ set up with sliding pocket doors that open out onto the terrace, pool deck, pool number 1 and UNESCO World Heritage Views across English Harbour and Nelson’s Dockyard!
The Annex or Quarters house the laundry, utility room and the service kitchen. There is also the 7th bedroom, if required, which doubles up as the owner’s closet too. There is an outdoor kitchen and dining table to seat 14 people.
The Gatehouse is a 1-bedroom cottage with a kitchen, living area, wet room and a King Bed. It has sliding glass doors onto its own deck which looks out onto the garden. It can come with a security guard in situ or be for the sole use of the client.
The Loft is a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom louvered building with twin showers and open plan living with sliding pocket glass doors out onto a deck and the 2nd pool. It overlooks the whole property. This building also has a full kitchen and lounge area.
There is a parking pergola for 2 vehicles and parking for 4 more cars on site and even more just outside the main gate. There is also a Pavillion/Gazebo building in the grounds which is a perfect location for a band
Rates are from US$2250 to US$3500 per night for the whole property depending on time of year, including 3 hours daily clean and any applicable taxes. Individual buildings are available to be rented rather than the whole property, Enquire for an accurate quote,
