The property was great, I didn't really use the gym or the little food court, over all it was a great place, close to the freeway, easy on and off. The bagels at the breakfast bar were a little over priced, but that's just me.

I had left my pillow in my room. The front desk called me to let me know and they mailed it to me. I am very grateful for that. I will return again

Sitting erea is good size. But the bathroom is so small. And the sink is located in the bathroom so can’t get ready or use the sink while someone is in there.. has two TVs that is really nice when traveling with kids. Staff has been super nice Josh was amazing and super quick when we needed something!

The staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests. Definitely 5 star. Dislike: We booked an ADA room but we still had to request a shower chair and a non-slip mat for the shower. Plus there should be a horizontal bar next to the toilet for the disabled to use. I had to rely on my walker. - In my opinion, an ADA room should have a step in shower. I think it was great. No vending machines, killer idea. And what makes it great to is the staff. One lady in particular, young, had these long ears on like an elf cause it was Christmas Day. SHE ! Stayed on a Wednesday night by myself and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. I had a long day and did not arrive until almost 7:00pm. I asked for a recommendation to a good restaurant in the area and was told to try Troutini's. What a FANTASTIC find !! The continental breakfast the following morning was great. The staff made sure the food selections were well stocked. I was in a bit of a hurry but I did enjoy my coffee and oatmeal.

This is such a nice hotel. Lots of little conveniences. Rooms are big. Mini food shopping for all your sweet tooth needs. Free fresh coffee in the mornings. Restaurant on site or others close driving distance. I highly recommend this hotel

Guy at check in was awesome. Room was great. Enjoyed our time.

Lovely stay. We even checked in when a huge group of teenage girls were there for a baseball tournament but had no problems with any noise. Hotel was nice and clean. Quite of bit of Airport noise at night. Hotel lobby was very small for a Hampton Inn. Nowhere to sit other than the breakfast room. Helena in the breakfast area was FABULOUS! She kept everything stocked, was a friendly welcome, kept the area spotless. She should be commended for her hard work. Best breakfast I've ever...

Quick and easy check in. A little hard to find due to lack of sign and construction. Friendly staff. Will go there again when traveling to Portland.

This hotel was even better than we expected! Starbucks is across the parking lot less than a 3 min walk!

The Grand Hotel is truly grand. Beautiful lobby, very nice staff, clean rooms, easy access off I-5 (but no noise), free and ample parking. We will stay again if any future trips to the Portland area are planned.
