“The room is clean and the position is quite good for Costco and Starbucks are quite near. But the basin in the bathroom is really small, besides, water in the pool is not very clean. ”

“Literally almost died from the room being contaminated with synthetic opiates. Im alive thanks to the fire department and 2 doses of narcan. There weren't any towels in the room when i got there. The bed had a twin headboard with a king mattress, every piece of furniture had a stain. The staff was friendly, but didn't offer another room. I wish i picked a different hotel.. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Ellis Inn! It was easy to find and delightful once we got there. The hosts were lovely, and our room was clean and well-decorated. Breakfast the next day was great, and they were able to accommodate my food allergy! Highly recommend.”

“The stay that wasn't. I accidentally booked for the wrong dates (about a month later than my actual visit), and within minutes contacted Expedia and the hotel to try to rebook for the correct dates. Expedia basically shrugged and said the hotel had to agree to "cancel" with a refund, while the hotel's business manager gave no response whatsoever to numerous phone calls, chat messages, and even an in-person visit to the hotel on the date I wantes to begin my stay. They could have helped me rebook……

“We took an overnight specifically to give the kids some joyful pool time. Unfortunately there were 2 industry style machines (a dehumidifier and a fan) that were so loud we literally couldn’t hear each other speak. Management said they wouldn’t turn it off while we swam. THEN directly at 8 am lawn equipment and tractors started making construction noises DIRECTLY outside our window. The front desk was rude. Honestly, can not recommend less.”

“Me and my family were extremely pleased with our stay here. The staff were extremely nice and respectful. The room is very clean and seemed to be newly renovated. Breakfast was great. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel. ”
